Start Your Day With the Right Foot

Imagine the scene waking up to the alarm and being annoyed, then hitting the option of sleeping. Then running to the shower, got out, and unscrambled towards the closet for clean clothes.  Then make yourself decent, look into the kitchen, and remember that you did not make breakfast or lunch for the day.  

You’re pretty stressed out and, of course, hungry and also quite grumpy, and the time is 7 in the morning. In addition, you need to take your dog for a walk, and he is staring at you confusedly.  This scene shows that you have not been practicing a proper morning routine.
