Refund Policy:
Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Our company provides a Customer Service structure to address any issues during the warranty period.
After the warranty period, the company is willing to provide (at the customer’s expense) parts and components to ensure proper equipment functionality.
Refunds: If the company agrees to support customers in resolving legitimate warranty issues (with documentary evidence), we may offer refunds for related expenses. Typically, this is done through a credit note for future purchases. If not, we will proceed with payment within 15 days upon proof of warranty-related problems.
