Peel each banana and slice in half. Insert a popsicle stick into each banana.

Melt the white chocolate using about 20-25 second increments in the microwave, stirring well between each heating. Don’t over heat the chocolate or it will become thick and dry and won’t work. Wait until almost all of the white chocolate is melted and then stir and stir until the rest become fully melted.

Transfer the melted chocolate into a plastic bag or piping bag. It works better if the chocolate isn’t super hot as it will be less runny. Allow it to cool slightly if this is the case.

Cut a small slit in the tip or corner of the bag.

Put two dots of white chocolate where you would like the eyeballs to go and press two eyes into it. Hold the eyes there for about 30 seconds to allow them to set better and not slide away.

Drizzle the white chocolate in a zig zag motion on each banana after the eyes are set to make a mummy like figure. Allow to set and enjoy or freeze!
