Banded Lateral Shuffles with Cone Touches (3 minutes):
Loop the elastic band around your ankles just above your shoes.
Set up 4 cones in a square with about 2 feet between each cone.
Start on one side of the square, holding dumbbells at your sides (weight can be light or moderate).
Shuffle sideways towards the next cone, keeping your core engaged and body low.
Touch the cone with your outside hand as you reach it.
Continue shuffling around the square, touching each cone with the opposite hand.
Maintain a quick shuffling motion for 1.5 minutes, then rest for 30 seconds.
Repeat for another 1.5 minutes, focusing on staying light on your feet.
